Hemorrhoids occur when the veins near the anus get swelled up and a lump is formed in that area. People who sit and work more have the tendency to have piles. Bleeding of piles is called hemorrhoids. Another important thing is to avoid frequent physical contact. Avoid cleaning the rectum too often. Excessive rubbing and scratching might lead to further irritation. Only use hemorrhoids cream twice a day.
